For your mountain getaway, Chalet de Marie is located in Savoie, in the heart of the Beaufortain, known as the "Savoyard Tyrol." This renovated 18th-century chalet is comfortable and offers a charming, cozy, and authentic atmosphere. Facing south, it boasts beautiful mountain views. You'll be surrounded by unspoiled nature—a true paradise for all ages. The detached chalet is spread over two floors: living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one mezzanine bedroom with two single beds), and a mountain nook with a double sofa bed. There is a shower room and separate toilet. Double balcony to enjoy the view. A baby bed with mattress and two high chairs are available. Wi-Fi, free parking, and a large wood stove with firewood provided complete the amenities. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. One dog is allowed. The chalet is at the crossroads of several ski resorts: Espace Diamant at 192 km, Bisanne 1500 (Espace Diamant) at 6 km, Les Saisies (Espace Diamant) at 13 km, Hauteluce - Les Saisies, Hauteluce - Mont Joly - Contamines Montjoie. The Beaufortain includes 7 villages: Queige, Villard sur Doron, Beaufort, Arêches, Hauteluce, Les Saisies, and Bisanne 1500. A wide range of activities is available nearby year-round: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, night skiing, mountain twister, snowmobiling, water park, and more. In summer, many hikes are organized with mountain guides. You can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking, cycling, downhill or electric biking, horseback riding, summer tobogganing, the water park, and the Via Ferrata du Roc du Vent. Nearby leisure centers offer aquapark, treetop adventure, pools, lakes, and ponds.
